Job Title: Construction Site Superintendent
Job Description:
- Oversee daily jobsite operations.
- Scheduling and coordination of material deliveries, subcontractor activity, and in-house labor needs.
- Inspect and assure all work is in compliance with contract documents.
- Act as quality control inspector at the jobsite.
- Enforce all safety requirements to all suppliers, subcontractors, and employees.
- Review, field verify, and approve shop drawings as necessary.
- Be a positive display of our company to our clients.
- Practice sound budget responsibility.
- Keep daily jobsite activity logs.
- Maintain a project Schedule and produce 3-week look-aheads.
